Service scope

Padicash enables bill payments (airtime, data, electricity, TV, betting wallets, education) via licensed Nigerian partners. Availability may vary by biller and network status.

Eligibility and KYC

You must be legally capable to use our services in Nigeria. We may require identity verification (KYC) and other checks in line with applicable laws and partner requirements.

Fees and cashback

Padicash charges no usage fees. Cashback rates may vary by category and are subject to caps and fair‑use. Cashback may be modified or withdrawn to prevent abuse or fraud. Specific rules are displayed in‑app before you pay.

Payments, reversals, and disputes

Payments are processed through licensed partners. If a payment fails after you are debited, we aim for automatic reversal or completion. Keep your transaction reference. For unresolved issues, contact support@padicash.ng.

Security

We apply bank‑grade controls and partner with licensed providers. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and devices.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service or engage in prohibited activities including fraud or abuse of promotions.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
